Searching For Meaning with Penn Badgley and the Tahirih Justice Center

Penn Badgley and Kevin sit down for the 12th episode of the season as Penn opens up about the origins of his love for acting, and his feelings about playing America’s favorite serial killer. He shares the fun of making music with his band MXTHER and highlights his own podcast Podcrushed which he hosts with two former school administrators and reads listeners middle school stories, exploring the heartbreak, anxiety and self-discovery of being a teenager. 

The conversation takes a more meaningful turn as he opens up about his journey with religion and finding a home within the Baha'i faith. He highlights his passion for the community and they are joined by Anusce Sanai, Managing Attorney for the Tahirih Justice Center, an organization dedicated to ending gender based violence.
