Most people can recall where they were, what they were doing, how the tragic events made them feel that morning. Many lost friends and family in a senseless act of terror. We remember those loved and those lost that day as well as the days since then. And we are honored to be part of the 911Day.org movement that pays tribute to those who fell as well as the heroes who came to our rescue.
We’re inspired by a group of now-teens born that day who are leading the way to make it a day of service and to show the world that hope and unity can shine through anywhere. We had a chance to volunteer alongside them at City Harvest in New York, just one of the many great places where 40 million Americans will do a good deed on September 11.
Please join them.
